Submit feedback

Thanks for being here. SetBook is still being actively built, and every account using it right now is shaping what gets built next. Your feedback and insights are genuinely part of that process, not an afterthought.

Community Guidelines

What SetBook expects from everyone using the platform.

Respect and Professionalism+

Treat every member of the SetBook community, fellow photographers and videographers, production teams, clients, and talent, with courtesy and professionalism, on the platform and on set. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward anyone based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic has no place here.

Trust and Integrity+

Represent yourself and your work honestly. Business profiles, Discovery portfolios, credits, and client claims should reflect real work you actually did. Don't misrepresent your experience, take credit for someone else's project, or use another member's work without permission.

Quality and Creativity+

SetBook exists to help serious creative businesses run smoothly. Bring that same care to what you share publicly. Discovery is a showcase of real, professional-quality work, not a dumping ground for test shots or placeholder content.

Constructive Communication+

Give feedback, to clients, collaborators, or SetBook itself, in a way that's specific and useful rather than dismissive. Disagreements happen; keep them professional, and use the contact channels above rather than public call-outs when something needs to be resolved.

Collaboration and Support+

Many projects on SetBook involve more than one business: a shooter, an assistant, a producer, a retoucher. Credit collaborators accurately, honour the terms you agree to with them, and use the platform's contracts and releases to keep expectations clear on both sides.

Confidentiality and Privacy+

You'll often have access to a client's or collaborator's contact details, contract terms, or unreleased work through SetBook. Keep that information confidential and use it only for the purpose it was shared for. Never share another member's private contact information without their consent.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations+

Follow the laws that apply to your work and location: copyright, model/property releases, tax and invoicing requirements, and local business regulations included. SetBook's contracts and releases are tools to help you stay organized, not a substitute for your own legal judgment.

Accountability and Responsibility+

Own your commitments: to clients, to collaborators, and to deadlines you've agreed to inside SetBook. If something goes wrong, communicate early rather than letting a project quietly stall.

Community Contribution+

SetBook improves with real use. Reporting bugs, suggesting features, and giving honest feedback (see Submit Feedback below) all directly shape what gets built next.

Application and Membership+

These guidelines apply to every SetBook account and everyone who interacts with the platform, including through a public Discovery profile or a shared signing/invoice link. Violations may result in a warning, a temporary suspension, or removal from the platform, depending on severity. SetBook reviews reports rather than acting automatically on them.

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from SetBook, depending on severity. If you’re unsure whether something crosses a line, or you need to report a concern, use the “Anything else?” contact form above.
